190 g Saclà Rocket Pesto
600 g sliced turkey breast 
100 g fresh rocket salad 
Dried tomatoes to taste
Mustard in grains to taste 
Extra virgin olive oil to taste 
Salt to taste 
Method
1 Spread a thin layer of mustard in grains on the sliced turkey breast and add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
2 In a well heated pan cook the sliced turkey for approx. 3 minutes per side.
3 Dress the rocket salad with extra virgin olive oil, salt and some dry tomatoes cut into pieces.
4 Remove the turkey from heat and cut into regular stripes.
5 Top the breast turkey with Saclà Rocket Pesto and serve with rocket salad.  Enjoy!
