Made in Puglia, in southern Italy from 100% Italian durum wheat.
Saclà Pasta dough is shaped through a traditional bronze die to give a textured surface which holds the pasta sauce.
Caserecce are twisted noodles coming from southern Italy. The S-shaped form of these “homemade”, because this means “Casarecce”, is ideal for capturing delicious sauce.
