Made in Puglia, in southern Italy from 100% Italian durum wheat.
Saclà Pasta dough is shaped through a traditional bronze die to give a textured surface which holds the pasta sauce. Conchiglie, or shells, hail from the Campania region of Italy, and will cradle a sauce in their deep smooth bowls mor than any otther pasta shape. And they will trap and hold nay chunks or vegetables too so you can enjoy every last mouthful.
