At last, Saclà sauces have found their lifelong partner!

Made in Puglia, in southern Italy from 100% Italian durum wheat.
Saclà Pasta dough is shaped through a traditional bronze die to give a textured surface which holds the pasta sauce.
This pasta shape is of very ancient origin. It was available in the 16th century in Lombardia and Emilia
Romagna. The name “Farfalle” means “butterflies”. The typical butterfly shape of the pasta is given by pressing the middle of a rectangular piece of dough.
