Made in Puglia, in southern Italy from 100% Italian durum wheat.
Saclà Pasta dough is shaped through a traditional bronze die to give a textured surface which holds the pasta sauce.
Fusilli, meaning little spindles in Italian, will hold plenty of delicious sauce in all its many twists and turns – which perhaps explains why it is one of the most popular pasta shapes you can find in Italy.
