190 g Saclà Arrabbiata
320 g penne pasta
25 g coarse salt
80 g Parmesan cheese
Extra virgin olive oil to taste

Method
1 In a big pot bring to boil about 3 litres of water to cook the penne. Add the salt and the pasta.
2 Cook the penne for approx. 10 minutes as per pack instructions.
3 Grate the Parmesan by hand with the help of a large mesh greater.
4 In a large pan put the Saclà Arrabbiata sauce and warm it for approx. 2 minutes.
5 Drain the penne, put them in the sauce and gently stir.
6 Serve the penne all’Arrabbiata with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a generous sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
