Saclà Pasta dough is shaped through a traditional bronze die to give a textured surface which holds the pasta sauce.
“Spaghetti” are the epitome of classic pasta art. The thin “rops” come originally from southern Italy and are considered the oldest of all Italian pasta varieties. These pasta are preparing great dining experience. To eat them like Italians do, roll them out with a fork.
